The only positive is that large shareholders appear to be holding.  Thus we can at least maintain some comfort at 5.  We should be out of the trips with merger numbers and current financials, but apparently the management team knows best so they are withholding updates?  I would add more if I saw positive direction coming from the merger, but the transparency is limited with EVDR at this time.  I hope this improves.
