Yes, I noticed that the shares on the ask are not decreasing either. Could be wash trades, naked shorting, or dillution. Although I doubt very much if it is dillution.. if they were creating shares they would just sell as many as they wanted into the bid. I don't like the fact either that they are not communicating, but could be that they don't want to tip their hand. I suspect their has been naked shorting going on since there was an immediate block on the ask after the merger announcements. Maybe EVDR has a plan to burn the shorts, who knows.
