What I understood was that it would influence the auditing process - RB for sure has GOOD RESONS for this move, dont think he only wants to LOOSE a single $ if it isnt necessary.

JMO, the Accountants work and followed SEC one showes a CURRENT OVERALL FINANCIAL PICTUR of EGOC and for resons this picture maybe shouldnt be changed(maybe there are some rules for this?) till the PROCESS WHICHS GOAL IS THE UPGRADING isnt completed.
