I know we have had this discussion before... but... the float HAS to be getting closer and closer to being locked up.  Dwindling volume is because those who want to buy have bought, and those who want to sell have sold.  Those who are short are the outliers and will pay big time when we get new buying pressure. 

Whenever the bigger news stories make the papers, we get a fresh set of eyes on ICPA.  Let's all hope they bring their wallets with them to the table.

Keep spreading the word.  Nobody wants to be caught chasing.
