Mitchell #1 pump jack was installed right on time last Thursday.  I'm hearing rumors of 75 BPD initial rates!  Now I'll take my rose colored glasses off.  Last update I hear is Mitchell #1 pump jack hasn't been delivered.  IMO it is due to lack of funding which TECO is supposedly waiting a large chunk of cash to arrive sometime this week.  Amazes me that TECO wouldn't update us on the status of the pump jack since they were the ones who provided last Thursday's date.  Stroke me, stroke me!
