The discounts for customers highlighted in Friday's PR are by way of federal tax credits and incentives. The Energy Improvement and Extension Act of 2008 (H.R. 1424), enacted in October, 2008, and extended in January, 2013, provide federal rebates for the use and consumption of green energy. The production tax credit, also extended in January, 2013, as part of the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012, also helps $BLDW's cause significantly.

Given the extension of these tax rebates, according to the chart above, the projections for production of renewable energy, such as wind, solar, even biomass gasification, are significantly increased, as opposed to without these tax incentives.
A company like $BLDW, and their customers, will greatly benefit from these tax incentives. As $BLDW will receive their full revenue, and the government picks up the rest of the tab for the customer, to my understanding. Regardless of political views or opinions, these incentives show how renewable energy is a thing of the present and future, and emerging right before our eyes.
I'm eager to see what's next for $BLDW. Accumulating all I can at these PPS levels. The .05s are holding strong, and the chart looks ready for the next leg up. Any news from the company will send this way north, IMO.
