Guess these fellows pick a stock with checkered pasts as easy targets, ive seen Tim Skyes write a whole DD piece about Hipple few years ago very similar to Nodummy's piece. But shows how they obtained this target. Although with this one they didnt expect new management, but still try to connect everything to Hipple regardless if hes not involved
