Two: conversion of preferred shares and need for some cash to complete the CE certification process, which I don't believe is cheap.
I'm not that concerned. the PPS is holding above .002 and holding well. When the news is released telling us that the CE certification is obtained and complete, when the merger/acquisition happens, this won't mean much.
