I agree, it's a mix of both. I mean there are a lot of shares in traders hands at rock bottom prices. The company is the only one that can convince impatient buyers to hold or increase. As long as the company stays quiet and they don't finish items at hand we will remain here. If and when they announce definitive signed contracts and show proof through documentation, pictures, and outside panama news articles and such we will see the appreciation. Or even announce their plan or offer to reduce the share structure as opposed to a reverse as himr has stated.
