I looked at level 2 but didnt see what you were talking about, something that happened earlier in the morning I guess.

Usually if there is a bid on the ask and it is not getting filled it is an AON and there are not enough shares on the ask to fill it. Just guessing since I didnt see it, also depends on what broker that the order goes through sometimes they fall asleep. LOL!
