Last week, they were adding to the ask at 3 everytime someone made a buy.  It kept the ask around 85mm, but even with 2mm/3mm buys the ask at 3 didn't change.  That was a bit discouraging, but it looks like this week they may just throw them all out there, thus we have 126,992,541 on the ask.  The 3's have been holding us down for some time so this will be a good resistance level to break.
