I am aware of several conversations at headquarters centered around the subject of shareholders and their unspoken "damned if you do and damned if you don't" attitudes.

Hopefully they don't ever just throw up their hands in frustration and stop communicating all together....then maybe the sniping and criticizing might truly be warranted.
