Oiljob, excellent post and educational.  This is the kind of constructive and knowledge post and "what if" scenerios  I wish I could post but I am not and never will be an oil E&P expert.  The lack of the 8/31 self imposed completion date makes me think that the ongoing completion process is a very difficult one and the call to use this completion process was a difficult decision.  I assume TECO can "not" describe the "ifs, ands and buts" of the SJ #3 completion process  as specific as your post due to the GOB guidelines?  If the GOB would allow them to get this specific then  green E&P shareholders like myself can learn from it and possibly understand the complexities and specifics of what's going on.  The SJ #3 diagrams and completion process described in the newsletters have been great to read.  I've come to learn that until oil pumping;  anything can happen to negate that production.
