Between the fine print agreed to when one signs up for an online broker to the vague and misleading information volunteered by all and any the subject of paper certs will take a bit longer than this weekend to uncover. I will seek the help of professionals when I do this and it is not the end of this subject. Rather it is the beginning and as such will be done with purpose and accurately.
