I was one of the chosen ones to testify with Mr. Hornberger from the Alberta Stock exchange back in July. He is a very reasonable person. Listen to every word I had to say and said he would look into my concerns about the witch hunt going on about JB and JBI.  I brought him most the post from SI, IHub,Yahoo and told him there is lots more if he wanted them. You know what he called me . IMO ,THAT WAS GOOD OF MICHELLE FROM THE US SEC TO INVLOVE THE CANADIAN EXCHANGE ON THIS MATTER.

Do you think maybe Mr Hornberger and the 2 lawyers with him in that hotel room 228 blew this wide open about Michelle?

would if the SEC and JB1 comes to an agreement on a settlement and there was no blame to JB and JBI for defraud or anything else on the document that Michelle  from the sec produced, except for the mistake( not fraud) of the media credits that WERE ALREADY ACCEPTED IN ANOTHER STATE.

WOULDN'T THAT STATEMENT OF YOURS BE LIBELOUS?
