Do I need it in writing? If so, lets get that put on the agenda!!!
*Grant Deed is the strongest deed, issued only when a property is fully-paid and has no mortgage or loan payments due. Grant Deeds posted here for ORION DHC, INC (now and in the future) reflect OODH shareholders own that property free and clear of all debt. NOTE: But it does not mean you can ride your “Dune Buggy” on them without corporate approval!
