Getting info on a lot of things in Mexico is much harder than the rest of North America and Europe- plus the language and culture barrier all combine to make it frustrating sometimes.
Google no doubt considers Baja, outside of Mexicali and Ensenada, to be on the lowest rung of the totem pole for updating.
Plus maybe the uber goons have been tasking googles satellite,especially before launching a huge spy satellite from California recently. Uber goon control freaks get really upset if they cant see what everybody is reading from space.
