My poster alias DD over the past few years tells me that there is NSS in OTC's/Pinks, and that LieHub is fully immersed in it.  Generally, the ones who deny it the most are also the ones doing the bashing, and that's usually ALL they do.  My understanding of a NOBO exercise is to flush out the counterfeit shares to some extent.  JMO.  GLTA!  $KMAG
