Exactly.  The officers at SRGE/MSJ never abused the share structure like so many OTC stocks.  In fact, they have been buying back shares.  Last word from the 8/31/12 year end financial was that officers were negotiating to buy the rest of the 200 mil Novamex shares that were left while at the same time prior to that, they were buying and retiring shares.
