Oh no! I'm not going to wreck your weekend Pete! I am really psyched that we've made it this far! We know it has been safe in each cohort dose and we know we're at or near postulated efficacy dose - it has gone like a dream. Couldn't ask for better - except tangible evidence of p53 activation and efficacy.
I think 200mg could be a hefty dose - so if we see efficacy between 100 and 200 and lack of tolerability with some toxicity at 300 - that's fine. If we know we only have to back down 1/2 step to be tolerated and therapeutic - we've done great.
