I believe that the quality of the BLDW product the patented rooftop wind turbine and the quality thereof induced Paul Getty to work together with John Graham becoming a member of the BLDW Advisory Board. Also John Graham is a very successful Realtor in Austin, TX.
That John Graham had amassed an impressive list of backers was mentioned in the Austin Business Journal issue July/Aug 2013.
The announcement to the investors that Paul Getty was added to the BLDW Advisory Boardwas in November 2012.
This adds up to at least 8 months for said developments to take place.
