1) No PR on tuesday but for now plan is Wednesday
2) Among other things the PR will address financing
3) NO MORE TRAUNCHES - EVER - per Carol
4) New Website coming
5) Gearstar deal coming to a close, probably won't be announced till mid Sept
6) Contracts are being negotiated at this time for gearbox restoration
7) Audited Financials were to be completed on Oct. 1 but are running behind on issues out of company's control. Should be completed close to targeted date.
