Since today is Friday and for that matter the beginning of a long weekend there could very well be a move to take the last price down. Not that we care all that much. It's not going to change the price to buy or sell the shares. All it will change is the perception of being worth less. We have been there before and it changes nothing.
Since someone who wishes a lower asking price has 100 shares in their possession at this time it would be simple enough to wait till the end of the day and sell those 100 to the bidder at $15.25. I don't think they would short the other 300 but it would do what it was intended by lowering the last price.
Since it's a long weekend this would be a perfect time for a little tree shake.
One way or the other nothing changes. Enjoy your weekend.

Holding TelVue shares has made it the billion dollar bomb shell it is.
There is no limit to the loss of someone has been caught in a short squeeze.
