First rate DD! It explains their sales entry in the pro forma consolidated financial statement. How else could they project $753,991 in "patient medicine sales" for period ending June 30? It's got to be Dharma acquisition. Great work! Ground breaking.

What is a pro forma financial statement?
"In Ralph Estes's Dictionary of Accounting (MIT, Cambridge, 1981, p. 105), a pro forma financial statement is defined as "a financial statement prepared on the basis of some assumed events and transactions that have not yet occurred."" (like a merger or acquisition)
"Pro forma financial statements could be designed to reflect a proposed change, such as a merger or acquisition , "
In the SK pro forma statement ended June 30, 2013, there is "Patient Medicine Revenue $753,991 ." SK is raking in the dough.
