You may want to add $RBTI to your watchlist. 193MM O/S has been unchanged for 2 years, 127MM float also practically unchanged (was 134MM in 2010). Hasn't had a 2MM volume day in 14 months.  Once it does, it can move to multi-pennies pretty fast. Great to accumulate under .004. Any volume and the prices don't last.

I love plays lke RBTI and SNVP. SNVP still has steam to it imo.
