My guess is - they can work for whomever they wish - but when the news hits - they too will be doing a mad scramble to buy up shares, IF they haven't already - It's one thing to be hired to post negative news.....It's another to own and buy the stock at a sup low price when they know what is really going on and will be sitting in $$$$$$ up to their ears when news hits...
