I am with the sentiment that HIMR is on the up and up with us.  If they say they have their first concession (no reason for them to lie) then it is only a matter of time before the revenue starts coming in.  Remember while the tigerlynk is being tweaked, HIMR will be sending divers to start harvesting trees.  They want to get the ball rolling and start bringing in revenue (ASAP).  They also have another pending concession which they are working on.  Only a matter of time until that is announced. 
Revenue before the end of 2013.  Go HIMR!
