Next up, they drop it down from schedule 1. It never made sense to classify  mj as schedule 1. Now with this AG announcement restricting fed interference with state mj and even allowing states that legalized mj for recreational use to do their thing, that classification becomes so totally ludicrous and indefensible even  H & O would have to agree.
