A reply I was going to post on another board about when news will come out. However, I decided not to post this reply. Better to let them find out the hard way. Here's the reply I typed though:
"You will know when it (news) hits, then a lot of people will be chasing the ask to cover their short positions - especially the NSS holders. The problem is, we wont be selling unless they can pay Dollars, maybe even multiple Dollars!

The company has bought back all the shares that it wanted to. This buying right now is private investors topping up. In a couple more weeks or so we private investors, and the company will have locked up the entire trading float.
Once that happens, guess what, news will come out! The we will enjoy wiping the floor with shorty's derrière!
Be prepared, it's coming. It's not a matter of whether, but when"
