The next step is to delist mj as a schedule 1 substance.  Classifying mj as schedule 1, the highest restriction possible, when the  big "C" is schedule 2 is like making jaywalking a more serious offense than assault and battery with intent to cause severe bodily harm. The only reason for this paradox is the billions of dollars that go into many pockets by keeping it schedule 1.
