Yes JB, the discomfort is Hollund's fault.  At this time Hollund should have a site selected for operations, a ramp design, a notion of equipment required, and a crew selected for harvesting.  The agreement I read indicates Hollund might do their own milling (perhaps not right away, but soon after starting operations).  Hollund has or should have a good idea of what trees are available for harvesting, and might have advance orders.  The list goes on and on.
