The source doesn't matter, the compound and its potency matters. The current FDA laws prohibit producing anything from marijuana. The company MJNA will not break federal laws or it will be shut down.
Also, what a complete load of BS that you require THC to activate the receptors for CBD to work. They work on different receptors, and although they can have a synergistic effect when used together, they work fine on their own.
