As we already have received emails on the matter (specifically because of the replied to post), this packet will not contain any information regarding share structures or financials. This booklet/packet is going to be an informational update on the Company's current plans of operation and strategy in Texas.
Operations have changed over the last six months and a new "plan of attack" has been developed.
