I still believe they have a reason for keeping us at this level. I have seen scam stocks with far less going on with os and AS similiar to himr that shot to a penny so I believe this is being done on purpose imo. What the reason is, be it cheaper to buy back shares, or for poss. Merger, or a partner to get get shares cheap, I don't have the answer to that. But I do believe there is a reason and it might have to do with whatever their offer is instead of reverse splitting that they say will bring greater upside potential for every share owned.
