JB I don't think you are "going overboard" with your post.  While we do know HIMR may be very busy with the details of getting operations up and running, they still must have a phone and can write a press release to explain what is happening.  A delay in filing is understandable based on the magnitude of their task, but now they missed even the delay period and still we hear nothing.  So I feel concern is warranted.

Like you, I have not sold.  My reasoning is that we were told game changing news was coming right around this time (end of August or first week of September).  But what exactly does that mean?  I can name a whole list of items that might be released and that could be game changing.  However, to keep posting of such news without confirmation of anything is merely hype in my opinion.  So like you, I wait.  I check the board from time to time, but don't post and don't dwell on price or trading action.
