In your complaint to the SEC you should point out that the SEC should look at the daily trades, for months on end, that show the 3000 share bid whacks on a non stop basis. They can easily see this pattern. That is a starting point. The SEC would then need to subpeona the MM's suspected to be colluding with the bashers by presenting false ASK walls. Reference yesterday's 8 million ask wall. The SEC can only get subs if an investigation is opened. In a state felony case that means a Grand Jury Investigation. This, however, would be prosecuted by a US District Attorney in a Federeal District Court so I don't know what initiates the investigation.
