NOBO/OBO list actions
From my understanding the findings can be reported to the NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers) to take action against any violators of the naked short regulations.
In the past when a NOBO list was announced in a PR, the stock jumped due to a possible
MOASS.
We will see what unfolds for KMAG.
