This trades like a low floater with longs having locked most of the available 13.5 mil float shares.
Since most longs are looking for a larger ROI of .50+
The effective tradable float is alot smaller than 13.5 mil.
Most likely only a few million shares.
This is why we see so many obvious wash trades to entice longs to sell.
A wash trade is very easy to spot via L2.
It's obviously not working because the TA is ungagged and can be verified via a simple email.
