I'm not sure how the fert processing works because theres no online OMRI info re that that I've seen.
In 2011 CWRN had discussions w OMRI, including for an onsite JV fert processing plant- as further processed fert prices were reported as 330-550, the latter for pelleted.
OMRI HQ Eugene Oregon,nearest port Portland -where fert was expected to go- assuming OMRI acts as a physical clearinghouse/warehouse for fert- which I cant verify-in addition to its function as a uniform certification body.
E.g. illegal synthetics are added to some fertilizers-which thus would not be certified by OMRI- many organizations/buyers look to OMRI as a certification clearinghouse before they will buy a fertilizer.
