Don't worry bro, these alleged insider selling reports are a false positives!
This isn't the first time it happened, there must be some kind of glitch in the system.
I'm subscribed to Canada Insider and I've received an email this morning confirming there were issues and they'll do what they can to repair it...
These false positives were also reported on this site (TMX I mentioned earlier).

To see All the Company Insiders, go to: https://www.sedi.ca/
Select Language --> Reports --> Click "Access public filings" --> Click on View Summary Reports --> Select "Insider information by issuer" --> Under "Mandatory criteria:" Select "Issuer Number" & Enter "00003983" Click on "View" to see all the results.
PS: The IRROC mentioned is the Canadian equivalent of FINRA.
