Let's get this thing moving and succeeding.
First Year Goal: 500 Memberships per day = 182,000 Members. Not really a big number, but necessary. 750,000 members by year 2 - minimum.
--Is there an awareness campaign in place? (It's not going to grow on its own.)
--Will there be at least 2000 movies in place to wow and hold interest?
