The "spring" in that pogo stick is called "credibility" and it's lost its resilience i.e. it can no longer bounce back. I started harping on losing credibility in early 2012. Cripes I might have started harping on it in late 2011 when TECO was PR'ing events as lame as shipping parts and equipment to Belize.  I don't believe a word they say but I believe in the power of oil and the fact that somebody associated with the company will possibly be able to find a quantity of it someday.
