The land values of some of these Mexican and South American properties could be HUGE.  $10s of billions in assets for some of these junior mining companies e.g. MSJ that can't declare as assets until the locations or minerals are sold if I understand accounting correctly.  That's kinda what we were seeing with the stats from Stervc's dd.  Gold/Silver/Other Minerals worth $billions to a senior mining company who has the equipment to dig it out.  That's why SRGE indicated in their PR about possibly getting $100s of millions for just the Cinco Minas property.  And there are 5 other previous SRGE properties!  And how many other mineral properties does MSJ have?
