Even on a heavy trading day with 7-10 mil volume, an 8 mil ask will most likely not be taken out. Company insiders don't have any shares free trading, even the convertibles won't have any free trading until at least December this year. So who the hell has 8 mil to "sell" except...that's right, the manipulators (naked shorts).
