Bashers' arrogance equal only to their stupidity.
1) USPTO will not register trademarks for cannabis related products! Duh!!
2) Under Common law, rights to a trademark are granted to those who have been using the mark the longest in commerce. Usually, the first to use in commerce has priority as long as it's been continuous.
You don't need the USPTO to use and own a trademark! Use of trademarks goes back 1000's of years.
