I'm pretty sure the pps would be moving if it were not being heavily shorted. Where is the shorting coming from? That is one huge question I have as it is my understanding that shorting is now illegal in Berlin which is where we thought it was coming from originally.
Everyone knows that volume that will come with FDA trials being approved will blow past 10mil share blocks of shorters on the ask. That was not my point. My point is that people are trying to say that there is no more shorting going on and that clearly is not the case.
