The Company has engaged HJ & Associates (PCAOB), to provide audited financials, which should be completed in April, 2012. The Company will continue to provide quarterly financials with year-end audits going forward.

The Company has engaged a prominent law firm to provide a detailed prospectus, which will include the audited financials being prepared. The detailed prospectus is a disclosure document which will include all facets of the Company’s business, corporate structure and capitalization.
