I never said Rod told me he purchased his shares on the open market. I said he purchased 9,700,000 shares in Oct of 2010! And how would an Asset Purchase Agreement being buying shares on the open market?
Do not put words in my mouth and by your standards that would be hearsay!
This has been discussed and hashed over and over.
THE FACT IS ROD BOUGHT 9,700,000 SHARES AND IT IS NOT RELEVANT FROM WHO OR WHEN! HE WAS A PRIVATE INVESTOR AND THAT IS THAT!
HE WAS NOT AN OFFICER NOR A MEMBER OF THE BOD SO HE WAS NOT REQUIRED TO FILE A FORM 4.
