BJ, Indeed, It appears that CTIX is like holding cash. However, I would not want to test it's 'like cash' status if missiles start flying and we still don't have 'significant news' regarding P or K. 
IF the pps does not budge when everyone else is red....I'm ripping out the kitchen sink and throwing it into the CTIX hopper.
