Technically this stock is a hedge against rising interest rates and holds 18 million, and possibly up to 50 million dollars of mainly real estate assets after the next few transactions. THE BOOK VALUE of this stock is atleast .0354 EVEN IF ALL of the rest of the shares in the outstanding hit the market- WHICH THEY HAVEN'T , BECAUSE THE FLOAT WAS UPDATED ON AUGUST 23RD BOYS READ IT AND WEEP. (not paying attention guys!) AND LOOK MR. KRISTAN DID NOT LIE TO ME BECAUSE:
HE LITERALLY ONLY ADDED ONLY .01% TO THE 60 MILLION FLOAT ONLY 6 MILLION SHARES
The public float is 66 million boys. on a stock with a book value of .0354 (with 500mil outstanding)
So technically if the float remains the same. What would be OUR sharevalue be with no other outstanding shares in the market?
